Elite Guard Roll CallYves is a young man of 29 with a talent for trouble and understatment.

Yves was taught his swordart by the 'One-Fingered Man'. A spectacular talent with a blade, the 'One-Fingered Man' never knew fame because he could not keep his opinions to himself. His genius for the sword enflamed his ego and rather than a career of glory, the One-Fingered Man was kicked out of every military organization in the world for his terrible manner with his peers and his friction with imposed authority and discipline.

An embittered and lonely man in his declining years, the One-Fingered Man passed his legacy on to Yves, with the hard discipline to Never let ego overbear dedication to the sword.

Yves journeyed from Canada to join Bleys' men, where he immediately placed his selfless bravery at the disposal of the fine captains of the Elite Guard.

I am honoured to serve with the gallant Yves St. Laurant-Seaway. I am pleased to have been present when his uncle was freed from captivity and restored to his family.

I am simply grateful for his skill with a sword and amazed and impressed by his manners and his command of our language.

It is an honour, a privilege and a pleasure to serve with such as him.
