Jefferey is a true nobleman who lived mongst the natives of the colonies and shows signs of that unfortunate period of his life. He is a 6'4" tall, and built like an athlete. He weighs 220 lbs., much of it in his shoulders, arms and chest. He has long, black hair and eyes that are so dark that they seem black and the iris blends with he pupil.
When Jefferey dresses the part, he looks like quite the gentleman, but he feels much more at home in the dress of his tribe. Unfortunately, his peers do not approve and, in the interest of his business relationships, he keeps this mode of dress limited to the extensive grounds of his estate, and the bedroom, where it is quite
a hit with the local gals.
Lord Dagincourt, Jefferey's father and mother were killed while inspecting their holdings in the South Americas. Jefferey, now Lord Dagincourt, went over to find out what fell fate had befallen them.
In transit, the ship he was sailing on was attacked and sunk by a pirate ship. Jefferey clung to the gorgeously carved, nude figurehead of the ship and finally washed ashore. Here he was 'rescued' by the natives and learned to live amongst them, finally rising to a position of prominence, mostly by charming, wooing and marrying the chieftain's daughter.
Many years later, Jefferey, returning from a hunting trip, found the village and the clan destroyed by a group of mercenaries. He set upon their trail, and saw them at a pier off of an armed fortress boarding a ship. He recognized the ship immediately, as it had sunk his ship so many years ago.
Over the course of the next week he terrorized the compound, killing the guards at night, waylaying patrols sent to find him, burning down crops, sinking the ship until they sent out a wagon, laden with gold and other valuables, driven by a very delectable young maiden.
He intercepted her and found that the camp was owned by the French Visconte Claud De Cohorts, known as the Red Visconte.
She turned out to be Lady Virginia Wells, and she told him how the Red Visconte had schemed to acquire his family's colonial belongings because of the large gold mine found. Because her father had been a business associate of Jefferey's father, her family had been destroyed as well, stranding her here in the colonies as her father was killed by the same men that killed Jefferey's parents.
Jefferey, quite taken by the young woman's plight, and her charms, on ample display, decided to set things right. He took Lady Virginia into the wilderness and sought out the other tribes, uniting them under his command and driving the Visconte's men from the shores of the colonies.
The next Navy ship found the fortress manned by natives and flying the flag with the weapon of Dagincourt, enhanced with a Bear's skull, two crossed knives and a peace pipe.
Jefferey and Lady Virginia returned on the ship to England, with a very large amount of raw gold. In England, he set about buying back his family's ancestral home and grounds, and resurrecting his father's business, while Lady Virginia started planning the wedding. In white of course, as Jefferey claimed to be color blind.
Once again tragedy struck: the Visconte tried to kill Jefferey in his sleep, but fate, in the person of Bleys intervened and saved his life. The lovely Virginia alas, was killed.
Jefferey owed a debt of life to Bleys and joined his Elite Guard to pay it off. He still lives in his ancestral home and a manager runs the business, supporting his colonial tribe and serves with the Elite Guard when called upon. His eccentricities, he keeps the figurehead that saved his life around the house and treats it as a real person and he keeps his skills, so painfully learned in the colonies, sharp, are ignored for his large contributions to various charities and enormous, wild parties. Furthermore, his family's demesnes include some of the finest hunting grounds for game and girls in the country.
Jeffery brings to the Elite Guard the skills, strength and endurance what one would expect of a native of the colonies: though he had a gentlemen's upbringing, including fencing, his strength is in stealth and his empathy with the plights of the common man and his ability to get them to rise up, stand tall and take what is owed them. Though he can get by on a ship, especially accompanied by his usual companion, he does not particularly like flying in planes, and he has shown no particular inclination to learn the ways of handling them, or any other kind of technology.
