 Li Ying Ko is a son of the mysterious and deadly East. It is rumored that he assists the Elite Guard as the result of a debt of honour. Li does not speak of this matter.
Li is a strikingly handsome man of indeterminate age and remarkable physical condition. He is a master of the ancient and secret Eastern arts of armed and unarmed combat. Li has an excellent understanding of "modern" Western technologies and is more than capable of employing them when necessary. Li is fluent in the languages of the East and also speaks English and several other European languages.
If Li were somehow encountered when not on a mission, he might be discovered meditating, creating origami sculptures or painting. Rumors claim he is a musician and an excellent dancer. When not on duty, he can often be found watching the sea. Every morning he can be found watching the sunrise.
Li follows the traditions and customs of the East. He has a code of honour and follows it at all times. When on missions with the Elite Guard, he does his best to prevent collateral damage and the unnecessary loss of life. This is, at best, a herculean task. Fortunately for him, Li is not often seen on missions with the Elite Guard. He most often operates alone in the mysterious East.
